Our medical staff consists of six physicians and a nurse practitioner whose primary concern is to provide personalized and the highest standards of health care to all of their patients.
Physicians
Dr. Carmela Barr
has been in practice in Milwaukee since 1983. She graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL and attended Medical School at the University of Illinois, Abraham Lincoln School of Medicine in Chicago. She completed her residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She is certified to perform cosmetic laser procedures and was trained by Dr. Mark Baily in Toronto, Canada to perform Botox, Restylane and Radiesse. Her practice includes obstetrics, Gynecology with a particular interest in urogynecology and cosmetic laser services. Dr. Barr is also certified by VASER Institute Sound Shaping Surgery in VASER LipoSelection. She is married and has three children.
Dr. Belinda Leung
is a graduate from Los Angeles-University of Southern California Women’s Hospital and has been practicing at Physicians of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Ltd since 1997. She attended the University of Southern California Medical School in Los Angeles. She is a Board Certified OB/GYN whose practice includes general obstetrics, gynecology, incontinence surgery and infertility. She is married and has one child.
Dr. Scott Caldwell
is a Board Certified OB/GYN whose practice includes general obstetrics and gynecology. He has been practicing at Physicians of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Ltd since 1998. Dr. Caldwell went to college at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI. He attended the University of Wisconsin Medical School in Madison, WI and completed his residency at Buttersworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI. He is married with two children.
Dr. Sarah Kuranz
is a Board Certified OB/GYN. She has been with the group at Physicians of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Ltd since 1999. Her practice includes obstetrics and gynecology with an interest in gynecologic and incontinence surgery. She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Biochemistry. Her medical training was at the Medical College of Wisconsin, also graduating with honors. Her post graduate training was at Indiana University in OB/GYN. Dr. Kuranz did research in pain management while in her resident training. She is married and has four children.
Dr. Dominique Gariti
grew up in Bolingbrook, IL, a suburb of Chicago. She went to college at Bradley University in Peoria, IL. She attended medical school at Rush Medical College in Chicago and completed her residency at Indiana University in Indianapolis. Dr. Gariti has been with the group at Physicians of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Ltd since 2004. Her practice includes obstetrics and gynecology with an interest in osteoporosis care. Dr. Gariti is a certified OB/GYN and ISCD certified clinical Densitometrist (C.C.D). She is married and has one brother and two nephews. She enjoys traveling, cooking, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
Dr. Lauren J. Moore
attended Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, NE and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency at the University of Arizona, College of Medicine, in Tucson, Arizona. She is the recipient of the Lewis S. Schenker Award for Outstanding Resident Research. Her current practice includes general obstetrics and gynecology. She is married and has one child.
Nurse Practitioners
Lisa Schabla, RNC
has been a nurse practitioner since 1986. She has worked with Physicians of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Ltd both full and part-time since 1989. Lisa received her BSN from Alverno College in 1978 and completed the Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Program at San Jose State University in California in 1986. She lives in Milwaukee with her husband and three sons.
